For 28 years, my life’s work has been the art of touch. As a Certified Massage Therapist and the founder of a successful mobile spa service in Washington, D.C., I have dedicated my career to understanding the body, the skin, and the profound power of holistic wellness. My hands have learned the language of muscle and tissue, and they know what it takes to soothe, heal, and rejuvenate. This deep-seated knowledge is the very soul of Buttah Babies Skincare.
It all began in 2019 as a passion project. I started crafting whipped shea butter in my kitchen, infusing it with pure, raw essential oils, searching for the perfect texture and therapeutic blend. When the world shut down in 2020, what was once a hobby became a calling. Fueled by a desire to create and a world of interrupted supply chains, I expanded my craft, developing massage oils, lip scrubs, beard butters, and more—all born from the same principle: purity and potency.
But the true heart of Buttah Babies Skincare was discovered under the warm sun of Puerto Rico. A vacation in 2022 became a moment of absolute clarity. The relaxed feel, the abundance of natural resources, and the island's holistic vibe spoke directly to my soul. I knew, without a doubt, that this was the spiritual and physical home for my brand.
