Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Buttah Babies Bodywork! We are excited to get our products into your hands. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be fulfilled.

Our unique structure means your items may ship from different locations. We've outlined everything you need to know below.

1. Our Fulfillment Process

To bring you the best of both our handmade creations and other curated skincare, we ship from two locations:

Buttah Babies Hand Whipped Shea Butters: These are our signature products, made with love. They are personally curated and shipped directly from our headquarters in Washington D.C.
All Other Skincare Products: The rest of our amazing skincare collection is fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party partner, Blankabrand, from their facilities across North America.

2. Important Note on Separate Shipments

If your order contains both a Hand Whipped Shea Butter and another item from our store, you will receive your order in two separate packages. These packages will ship independently and will likely arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

3. Processing Times

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the shipping transit time.

Hand Whipped Shea Butters (from D.C.): Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Other Skincare Products (from Blankabrand): Please allow 3-5 business days for our partner to process and ship your order.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.
Delivery Estimates: Once your order has shipped, you can typically expect delivery within 3-7 business days for standard U.S. shipping. Please remember that these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order (or a part of your order) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the package's journey to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Buttah Babies Bodywork is not liable for packages that are lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

Buttah Babies Bodywork is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with your neighbors or building management.
Contact your local post office or carrier office directly to inquire.
Wait 1-2 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
