Our Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with a product's scent, texture, or results. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of the products we send to all our customers.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help.

 

Please follow these steps to report an issue:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Claims reported outside of this 7-day window may not be honored.

  2. Provide Proof: Send an email to [Your Customer Service Email Address] with the following information:

    • Your full name and Order Number.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., "cracked jar," "received wrong item").

    • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is required for us to process your claim.

 

Our Review Process

Once we receive your email, our team will review the claim and the provided photos. We will notify you of the status of your claim within 2-3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement for the same item, shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Store credit in the amount of the original purchase price of the item.

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for claims of this nature. Our resolution is limited to replacement or store credit.
